Article Processing Charges (APC) Statement

To maintain a continuous open-access pipeline, IJAEMS does not charge subscription fees or paywall restrictions from readers or libraries. Instead, the operational costs of publishing are covered through a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC).

This charge is utilized explicitly to manage peer-review operations, handle strict editorial workflows, execute metadata optimization, secure global indexing targets, enable permanent DOI registration, and maintain the secure digital framework of the journal infrastructure.

Terms of Payment & Workflow Integrity

We maintain a transparent policy regarding funding integrity. Authors are required to fulfill the publication processing charges only after the manuscript completes the comprehensive double-blind peer-review track and receives a formal editorial letter of acceptance.

No manuscript submission fees, screening charges, or initial evaluation fees are collected at the processing portal. If a manuscript is rejected during the active peer review phase, no charges are applicable.
